What you should know
- Manufacturing model
- We use ready-made formulas that have passed all laboratory tests and come fully documented, or develop a formula from scratch based on your idea.
- Minimum batches (MOQ)
- We usually start from 50 kg per product. For a 250 ml product, 50 kg ≈ 200 pcs.
- Indicative timelines
- Ready-made formula (White Label) – 4 to 12 weeks. Custom development (Private Label) – 12 to 20 weeks.
How a project works
A clear path from inquiry to repeat production.
Our team can take care of the entire process – from formula development, laboratory testing and documentation to manufacturing, packaging and labelling.
We refine the product idea, manufacturing model and preliminary volumes. We agree on the project timeline and next steps, and sign the contract.
We select a ready-made formula, develop a custom solution or assess the client's formulation.
If a new formula is being developed, we prepare three product samples so you can assess performance, texture and fragrance. We adjust the samples based on your feedback.
In our own and independent laboratories, we carry out tests such as stability and microbiology testing.
We select packaging from our range or help you choose from our suppliers' ranges. We also provide all the technical information needed for your label design or, if needed, our team can create a design based on your idea.
We prepare the documentation required to place a cosmetic product on the EU market, including CPNP notification and the Product Information File (PIF).
We review the first batch results, plan repeat orders and prepare the product line for expansion.
